LAW FIRM
Specializing in Immigration Law for Creative Professionals, Artists, Music Groups and Talented Individuals in the Arts, Entertainment, Tech and other Creative Professions
PRACTICE AREAS
IMMIGRATION LAW
We specialize in helping creative professionals and groups in the Arts, Entertainment, Tech and other Creative Professions navigate the complex US immigration system. Our services include O, P, E, L and TN visas, work permits, EB1A and EB2 NIW green cards, family/marriage immigration, and citizenship.
O-1 VISAS FOR ARTISTS AND CREATIVES
Our specialty is obtaining the multiple employer (freelance) O-1 visa for our talented clients from around the world. The O-1 Visa is a nonimmigrant temporary work visa for individuals of proven extraordinary ability in their field and does not require an employer to sponsor the visa. The O-1B visa is for artists who have proven success and achievement in theatrical arts, filmmaking, design, acting, music, production, costume & makeup design, performing, singing, composing, photography, visual arts, graphic design, culinary arts and other creative professions. The O-1A visa is for talented individuals who excel in business, management, academia, science, athletics and other entrepreneurial professions. While both the O-1A and O-1B visas require outstanding achievement and international recognition, the requirements for each visa type vary. We can evaluate your credentials and determine which visa is the right one for you to pursue. Any U.S. citizen or permanent resident can be a Petitioner for an O-1B visa, which enables you to work for multiple employers and projects.
EB1A and EB2 NIW
We help you obtain U.S. permanent residence through evaluating your credentials and experience to determine the best category for success. We specialize in preparing successful extraordinary ability (EB1A) and exceptional ability (EB2) petitions, including National Interest Waivers. These categories do not require a U.S. employer and can be obtained through self-petitioning, which is a big advantage for creative and accomplished individuals.
P-1B VISAS FOR BANDS
The P-1 Visa is a nonimmigrant temporary work visa for musical groups with international recognition. We will assess your band’s qualifications and work with you to obtain the required P-1 visas for your upcoming concert tours, presentations, events and musical projects in the United States. The P-1B visa is for the musicians in the band and the P-1S visa is for the support staff, such as technicians, sound engineers, managers and the production team. All musicians are included in one visa petition, for one fee, and all staff are included in one visa petition, for one fee.
OTHER IMMIGRATION MATTERS
We handle all other visa types and family immigration, including marriage petitions and applications for U.S. citizenship.
